If you are new here, welcome! Here is a little history of my history and the history of Judy’s BBQ Kitchen.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I graduated from the CIA when very few women were choosing a career as professional chefs. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made as I truly love cooking and anything related to food. I worked at Spago, Los Angeles as a Pastry Chef, and then returned to the East Coast to further my career, get married, and raise two daughters. I am a Stamford resident and I also own Tabouli Grill, a Middle Eastern restaurant that opened in 2009. In 2015 I opened Judy’s Bar + Kitchen, A Southern BBQ restaurant. Both are beloved, popular local restaurants.

Recently I decided to close Judy’s to make our lives a little less stressful! But! Due to the high demand of the delicious BBQ I have decided to continue serving BBQ for catering and take out only..
